Atlas Multisports individual “Skills and Drills” sessions are available for swimming, running and cycling.
Athletes of all abilities seek assistance because:
- Private sessions are available one-on-one or one-on-two.
- Group lessons are also available with a maximum of four people per session.
- Sessions can be booked in 30-minute blocks, with an assessment at the conclusion of each session.
