Finish 2016 with an intensive and fun weekend of triathlon training on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The Atlas Multisports Xmas Camp offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options for all levels whether you are attempting your first event, Sprint, Olympic, Long course or Ironman event. The training
camp offers invaluable skills and training in a relaxed, fun environment to help you improve or build on your triathlon experience.

Atlas Multisports Training Camps offer a unique training opportunity to learn new skills and build high levels of fitness while familiarising yourself with sections of the world’s greatest triathlon courses.
Utilising some of the best training facilities available the intensive training camps offer three different options depending on skill level, availability and race goal.
New comers to triathlon will be encouraged to attend two days of the camp while more experienced athletes and those training for half and full Ironman events are catered for with a three or four day program.
The camps offer a mix of training and learning from experienced coaches and professional athletes while also providing access to some of the sport’s most sought after experts in physiology, bio-mechanics and podiatry.
Daily activities include
- Endurance rides
- Open water swims over the Mooloolaba Tri course
- Technique and drills sessions
- Stretch and core classes
- Brick sessions
- Social celebrations.
Each session takes between 2-5 hours and run from 5:30am – 10:30am and 3pm – 5pm each day of the camp.
