New to the sport of triathlon and don’t know where to start? Triathlon is an extremely social sport whilst being an excellent way to keep fit.
We have put together this 6 week program to help get you started whether it be for your first enticer race or starting in a squad. Please keep in mind this is very generic and you will need to take into account your fitness level in any of the 3 disciplines. More specific programs are available if training for a goal.
