Head Coach, Level 1 Triathlon
Jason, an ex-professional triathlete, has travelled extensively with triathlon over both long and short course distances. His love of triathlon and long distance running began at 14 and continues today. During his successful professional career Jason raced for a French team in Tour in the Loire Valley in France, gaining significant knowledge and skills as an athlete from this experience. He has since competed in long course and Ironman events and is a former ITU Age Group World Long Course champion.
Jason along with his wife Lisa founded Atlas Multisports in 2011. He oversees the Atlas Multisports Coaching team, programs and planned sessions.
Jason’s passion reflects the extraordinary growth in multisport in the past few years. His focus is helping his athletes reach their full potential and achieving their goals regardless of ability.
Jason puts great emphasis on athlete communication and takes time to discuss each individual athlete’s goals and ambitions before writing detailed programs. He can be contacted at email@example.com
Atlas Administration, Level 1 Triathlon
Lisa started competing in triathlons in 2002 and sees the sport as an excellent opportunity for women to be fit, healthy and active.
Lisa founded an all-female Women In Tri squad in 2009, introducing women to triathlon and helping athletes young and old familiarise themselves with new skills needed to compete. The emphasis on the squad was fitness, skills, fun and being social.
Due to demand for a mixed squad on the Sunshine Coast, Lisa helped Jason establish Atlas Multisports in 2011.
Lisa ensures Atlas Multisports has the same great qualities as Women In Tri, bringing a refreshing social and fun environment that encourages athletes of all abilities to challenge themselves and try new things with the support of the squad.
Lisa oversees the Women’s Beginner Squads and all administration of Atlas Multisports. She can be contacted via email firstname.lastname@example.org

ASCA Level 1 – Strength and Conditioning
Ben is the newest member of the Atlas coaching team, and has been competing in triathlons since 2013.
Ben comes from obstacle course racing, and earlier as a martial arts instructor. Starting with the Noosa Tri in 2013, Ben quickly decided to go longer aiming for half-Ironman, Ironman and then Ultraman Australia in 2017, usually picking the hardest available race in the first instance. Ben finds the physical, mental and logistical challenges of the longer races to his liking looking for tough and often obscure races, and uses the sport to further his love of world travel.
