Atlas Administration, Level 1 Triathlon
Lisa started competing in triathlons in 2002 and sees the sport as an excellent opportunity for women to be fit, healthy and active.
Lisa founded an all-female Women In Tri squad in 2009, introducing women to triathlon and helping athletes young and old familiarise themselves with new skills needed to compete. The emphasis on the squad was fitness, skills, fun and being social.
Due to demand for a mixed squad on the Sunshine Coast, Lisa helped Jason establish Atlas Multisports in 2011.
Lisa ensures Atlas Multisports has the same great qualities as Women In Tri, bringing a refreshing social and fun environment that encourages athletes of all abilities to challenge themselves and try new things with the support of the squad.
Lisa oversees the Women’s Beginner Squads and all administration of Atlas Multisports. She can be contacted via email email@example.com

Ann is an advocate for women’s health and fitness, arming them with all the skills and confidence they need to achieve anything. Ann has raced triathlons for almost a decade, completing sprint, Olympic, half ironman and six Ironman races, including two Kona World Championships.
Ann loves being able to pass on her knowledge to other women who want to swim, ride or run. Success to her is seeing other people achieve their goals that they never thought were possible. She oversees the sessions for the Beginner Women’s Courses each year and stays with many of the “graduates” on regular squad sessions as they progress. Many of her success stories include seeing women finish their first triathlon, swim in open water unaided, join in group rides and complete marathons.
