Time and time again we hear ‘consistency is key’ and this is most definitely true when it comes to triathlon training.  One of the most important elements of forward progression is consistency when it comes to training.  We are certainly seeing many examples of this in the squad lately as people train for their respective events.  They are becoming faster, stronger, fitter and more skilled by the day.  They are consistently turning up to sessions, they are consistently completing their programs, they are consistently fueling their bodies and they are consistently getting plenty of sleep.
