Stretch Cord Technique Video

Prior to every swim session we use stretch cords, along with core activation exercises.  Dry land exercises help to improve conditioning and stroke efficiency and to activate the swimming muscles before hitting the water.  You can use stretch cords at home to help strengthen the swimming muscles and they are easy to travel with when you can’t get near a pool.

The Atlas Swim sessions are every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30am at the Buderim State School Pool.
